| HOW TO MEASURE YOUR CHILD FOR A COAT | |||||||
Follow these 5 easy steps to measure your child for their new Classic Kids coat.
Once you have these measurements send them to me by filling out our Coat Finder form and we can work together to make sure you are buying the perfect coat in the perfect size for your little one! 1 - Have your little girl or boy stand against a wall with no shoes on and their feet flat on the floor. Mark the top of his/her head and measure the distance to the floor. This will give you the height measurement.
2 - Now get the chest measurement. Using a cloth measuring tape, wrap the tape around the the fullest part of the chest. Don't wrap it too tightly.
3 - If you think that your child's waistline is larger than the chest measurement you took in #2, then you should supply us with a waist measurement. Using the cloth tape measure, measure the largest part of the waist, usually directly above the belly button.
4 - Now we need a back measurement. Place the end of the tape measure at the base of the back of your child's neck and measure down to their natural waistline.
5 - The last measurement you will need to take is the sleeve length. Holding one end of the tape measure at the center base on the back of the neck and extend the tape down the arm to the child's wrist.
Once you have these measurements send them to me by filling out our Coat Finder form or sending them to me via an email to classickidsclothingco@gmail.com. If you send me an email be sure to give me the brand of coat and style you are interested in. Thanks!
