Cleaning your Polartec Fleece Widgeon Coat
So, how do you care for your Widgeon polartec 300 fleece kids coat? It's simple - machine washable - a mom's dream come true when it comes to kid's clothing. For the manufacturer recommended care instructions, refer to the label of your new Widgeon coat.

Most fleece clothing has the same care instructions:

• Machine washable
• Do NOT use bleach
• Warm tumble dry, low heat
• Avoid fabric softner
• Do NOT iron or dryclean

Why can't I use fabric softer when I clean my Widgeon fleece coat? Most fleece coats are treated with a water repellent conditioner. If you use a fabric softner on your Widgeon fleece coat you may damage the water repellency of the coat.

• Machince wash on delicate cycle
• Cold water
• Turn coat inside-out
• Wash with similar colored clothing
• Do NOT use bleach
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Do NOT iron

Some tips for care after cleaning:

• Store on a padded hanger, not plastic or wire
• Do NOT cover with plastic wrap
• As with any coat, wearing a scarf within the coat will keep the neckline cleaner
